Leadership St. Louis: Provides an intensive nine-month program that combines exposure to non-profit, government, business, labor and electoral politics with rigorous, hands-on training.

Description
- Youth Leadership: Provides a four-session leadership program aimed at young professionals. Interactive sessions focus on developing management and leadership skills. - Sponsors full-time/nine-month post-graduate fellowships for those interested in public affairs. Also, provides additional community leader programs ranging from one day to six months. - Leadership program that builds leadership skills, strengthens character and promotes team work. - Provides advanced skill development and community immersion experiences which enable participants to explore critical issues in the region. Seminars enhance self-awareness of leadership approaches and include on-site visits with decision makers that inspire participants to address challenges. - Provides a leadership development seminar program that focuses on regional issues and concrete leadership skills building. - Women In Leadership (WIL):Provides leadership training program to give women an opportunity to refine personal and professional leadership competencies, learn about the community and connect with other women of diverse backgrounds.
