- Youth/Pre-Teen Program: Holds dances, parties, educational classes, heritage programs, clinics, demonstrations, exhibits, tours, sports, outdoor fitness and family activities. - Teen Program: Offers a variety of program in five core areas which includes character and leadership development, the arts, youth sports, fitness, recreation, health/life skills and education/career development.

- Youth/Pre-Teen Program: Hours vary depending on activity - Teen Program: Fridays - 6:00pm to 10:00pm and designated Saturdays
