Disaster Recovery Centers

Centers opened by federal authorities and staffed by representatives from local, state and federal agencies, insurance companies and other disaster-related providers who have been assembled to provide follow-up information about applications that have been submitted to the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and other federal programs and about other relevant services which may be available to disaster victims. Some DRCs are jointly opened and operated by state and federal authorities.

FEMA Disaster Assistance Online/Tele-Registration

Toll-free hotlines operated by federal authorities which provide opportunities for people who have sustained damage in a Presidentially declared disaster to apply for whatever financial assistance is available through the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and other federal programs.
