Description
LIHEAP: Beginning October 1, elderly, age 60 years and older and/or disabled household member, who may also be disconnected or under imminent threat to be disconnected from their electric service may apply for assistance. - Beginning November 1, households with children under the age of six years and households who are disconnected or have a disconnected notice from their electric service may apply for assistance. - General public can apply for assistance starting December 1 through May 31, or until funds are depleted whichever comes first.
