Provides financial compensation for victims and survivors of violent crimes for medical, funeral and counseling expenses and lost wages/support.

- Application form - Copies of all medical, funeral and/or counseling bills and Death Certificate, if applicable - Police report
Eligibility
Victims/claimants have 2 years from date of crime to file for compensation, Program is "payor of last resort," call for additional information
