Description
Provides two group homes that offer an array of choices for persons with disabilities. 24-hour support is provided along with professional oversight. Another program that offers a form of residential habilitation is Individualized Supported Living (ISL), allowing consumers the opportunity for community living regardless of the severity of the individual's disabilities or challenges. Individuals may live on their own, with their families, or with another disabled individual.

Description
Provides services for children and adults who need assistance in becoming independent in their communities. Participants are provided with opportunities to work on basic skills, such as meal preparation, health and fitness skills, personal hygiene and budgeting. Participants are also offered a variety of social and recreational programs, such as movies, concerts, dances, dinners, camping, bowling, golf, and crafts.
