Eligibility
Missouri resident moving to a new residence or moving to the state; 17 years or older or parent/guardian acting on behalf of someone under 17, or incapacitated person; must have good reason to believe she or he is victim of domestic abuse, rape, sexual assault, human trafficking, stalking, or other crime, and fears further violent acts from assailant

Must meet in person with a registered Safe at Home Application Assistant. Call or go to web site for a list of assistants, who are located throughout the state
