LIHEAP: - Beginning October 1, accepting applications for elderly, age 60 years and older and/or disabled household member - Beginning September 1, accepting applications for households with children under the age of six years - General public can apply for assistance starting December 1-May 31, or until funds are depleted whichever comes first
