Access II is a non-residential agency who provides an array of services for people with a disability designed to assist them in gaining or maintaining their independence. Services include aging and disability resource center, centers for independent living, benefits screening, case/care management, life skills education and certified application counselor programs.

Benefits Planning and Life Skills Training offer individuals opportunity to learn necessary skills and develop resources, technology and adaptations. Helps with any skill needed to learn or relearn to increase the level of independence. Assists with setting goals and developing a plan of action with benchmarks to achieve the goals.
