                Description

                Prisoner Reentry Program: Individuals enrolled in program will receive an intake to assess their needs, case manager will assist with both internal and external referrals to help meet those needs, and individuals receive incentives and free materials to help with their transition throughout the program. Makin' It Work: Curriculum is taught to offenders in the St. Louis County Justice Center, the program deals with various issues including anger management, thinking traps, employer expectations and conflict resolution. Upon release, clients are referred to take advantage of CAASTLC's anger management, drug counseling, employment readiness programs, and counseling services at the agency.

                                          Description

                                          LIHWAP: a onetime assistance with a water bill. Those who received LIHWAP assistance since October 22, 2023 are not eligible again. This program will pay up to $750 for water and sewer combined if both bills are submitted at the same time. H2O program: assists with a maximum of $200 for individuals with a disconnect notice. This is for water bills only and customers can apply 1 time a year

                                            Description

                                            Weatherization Assistance Program: Designed to reduce the impact of high home energy costs for low-income residents by implementing energy-efficient measures that may include reducing air infiltration, installing insulation, heating system replacement, water heater tank upgrade and minimal building envelope repairs. Professional, bonded and insured contractors perform the actual services.

                                            - Proof of household income received over previous twelve months - Social Security documentation for all household members - Photo identification for the head of household - Proof of residency (Must be living in St. Louis County) - Proof of homeownership or landlord's approval for renters

                                            - Income within 200% of the poverty level - No dwelling may be weatherized more than once, except those weatherized prior to September 30, 1993 - With owner approval, low-income renters as well as homeowners are eligible
