The Foundation partners with existing area organizations to establish community hubs serving to boost the economic and physical wellness of neighborhood residents of all ages. These outcomes are achieved through a variety of means, including education and vocational programs, garden-to-table initiative, public health services and community events.

Mon - Fri 9:00am to 12:00pm; and
1:00pm to 5:00pm (times may vary)
Saturday 11:00am to 3:00pm (2nd and 3rd Saturday of the month)
Sunday 11:00am to 3:00pm (2nd and 3rd Sunday of the month)

Intake Process:

To receive certain resource needs, our community neighbors need to complete four hours of volunteering or program class participation per month.
