Description
Office of Financial Empowerment provides a college savings account to kindergarten students in St. Louis City public and charter schools. Each student is given $50.00 in the account to start. Additionally, students may be eligible for additional dollars based on attendance, parent financial education participation and the city will provide a deposit match of up to an additional $100.00
