Washington County Handicapped Services Inc (DBA The Pam Dudley Center) was established as a non-profit agency in 1982 to serve individuals with developmental disabilities. Washington County Handicapped Services provides transportation, Onsite Day Service, Off Site Day Service, Personal Assistance and Independent Supported Living for individuals with development disabilities.
