Provides food vouchers, weatherization programs, electric services payment assistance, gas service payment assistance, heating and fuel payment assistance, GED high school equivalency test instruction, homework help programs, subject tutoring, certified application counselors, career counseling, career exploration, job training formats, job finding assistance, case and care management, life skills education, and a community action agency.
