Provides a free and voluntary parent support and education program, including developmental screenings for every child so parents can monitor their progress and group events to provide networking opportunities for parents and families; and
personal home visits to help parents and inform parents about their child's current and future development and offer ideas for developmentally appropriate parent-child activities.
