Eligibility
People with mood, anxiety or psychotic disorders, schizophrenia, bipolar, social phobias, and personality disorders (Paranoid, Antisocial, and Borderline Personality)
Fees
Medicaid, Medicare and most types of commercial insurance except for Signa and United Healthcare. Uninsured residents of MO living outside of TMC's service area can pay a flat fee of $125 for their first visit and each additional visit is $75 for a doctor, and $60 for a therapist.
Intake Procedure
Walk-in care is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. â 12:00 p.m. A master's-level mental health professional will meet with you and help you get the care you need. Each person who utilizes walk-in hours will be assessed and connected to appropriate services. Please bring with you, if applicable, a photo ID, insurance card, guardianship paperwork, and birth certificate (for minors). For more information, call 816.404.5709 Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. â 5:00 p.m.

Arabic, Somali and Spanish. Phone- and video-based interpreter services are available for other languages, including American Sign Language.
