St. Joseph's Haven houses 18 chronically homeless men in 9 semi-private suites. St. Joseph's Haven also incorporates a "Safe Haven" component into its repertoire of services, providing shelter for up to 7 additional men during crisis situations.

              Description

              Provide shelter and supportive services for homeless individuals with the goal of helping them live independently and transition into permanent housing.

              Hours

              M-F 8am-5pm, and on site security person 24hrs a day

              Required Documents

              Photo ID, Social Security Card, Veteran DD214, Birth Certificate

              Eligibility

              Must me chronically homeless with a disability, must have been homeless for at least one year

              Call and meet with a care coordinator to apply for admission, following HUD guidelines
