Description
Water Utility Assistance Program: Providing up to $500 in assistance towards delinquent water service balance. Any remaining balance, including the Refuse charge, will be account holder's responsibility as part of a 6 month or 12 month repayment plan. Assistance is first come first served and will close when funds run out.

-St. Louis City residential account holders -Over 90 days delinquent -Must self attest COVID-19 Pandemic related hardship in lost income -Household income cannot exceed 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI) -Must enroll in debt repayment plan
