The Care Service assists families and individuals facing a crisis such as homelessness, hunger and a myriad of other problems faced by those in chronic poverty residing in St. Charles, Lincoln and Warren counties. Services include: Food Pantries, Rent Payment Assistance, Mortgage Payment Assistance, Electric Service Payment Assistance, Gas Service Payment Assistance, Water Service Payment Assistance, Case/Care Management, and Street Outreach services.

- Must be senior age 62 years and older - Must be disabled - Must have a child who has asthma - Must have Ameren service - Must be at or under 50% of the average median income - Must be a resident of St. Charles, Lincoln and/or Warren for six months and be able to verify residency -Must NOT have received an air conditioner from The Care Service in the past three years
