Description
Emergency Rental Assistance (ERA) 3: provides rent assistance to households that are unable to pay rent or utilities due to Covid-19 hardship. All applications will be submitted through FORWARD portal.

-Proof of identity -Proof of income, including pay stubs, W-2s or other wage statements, tax filings, or bank statements demonstrating regular income. - Proof of a current lease or documentation of residence showing evidence that establishes a pattern of paying rent. - Proof of past due rent: rent ledger verifying the balance of rent and late fees owed.
Eligibility
- One or more individuals within the household has qualified for unemployment benefits or experienced a reduction in household income, incurred significant costs, or experienced other financial hardship during or due, directly or indirectly, to the coronavirus pandemic. - Have current housing instability that may affect one or more members of household - Household income is at or below 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI), with a priority for households with an AMI under 50% -Must be 18 years or older or emancipated 15-17 years old (with documentation) - Must have physical address in St. Louis City in Missouri
