An assessment and a pass from O'Reilly Center for Hope, also known as Springfield Affordable Housing Center (One Door).

MUST contact O'Reilly Center for Hope, also known as Springfield Affordable Housing Center (One Door), at 417-225-7499 to get an assessment and a pass to be able to go to the shelter. O'Reilly Center for Hope is located at 1518 E. Dale, Springfield MO. Cannot enter the shelter without a pass.
