LIHEAP: - Beginning October 1, accepting applications for elderly, age 60 years and older and/or disabled household member or child under the age of 6 and a disconnect in 7 days of being disconnected. - General public can apply for assistance starting November 1-May 31, or until funds are depleted whichever comes first
